Brian Pruitt is the Founder and CEO of Pruitt Motivational and The Power of Dad Non-Profit Organization. Over the past 28 years, Mr. Pruitt has traveled across the country as a Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. By drawing from his personal experiences, Brian enlightens audiences and organizations on how to overcome obstacles and accomplish their dreams. Brian Pruitt has worked for Molitor International Leadership Consulting Company for 15 years as a Senior Executive Associate, focusing on Leadership Training, Organizational Development, and Life Coaching. Mr. Pruitt is also a certified John Maxwell Trainer, Speaker, and Coach. Brian has been a presenter for the NBA’s Phoenix Suns, Orlando Magic, Charlotte Bobcats, Youth Alive-7 Project, Teen Mania, Aflac Insurance, and businesses throughout America, Canada, Mexico, and Sweden. Mr. Pruitt served as the Organizational Development Specialist and facilitated the Foundations For Success initiative within Covenant Healthcare for 5 years. FFS's major purpose was to create a leadership culture and add value to each team member within Covenant.

In addition, for 5 years, Brian has been a part of the international TV show TV4DADS, which airs in 170 countries. Finally, Mr. Pruitt graduated from Central Michigan University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. A gifted athlete, Brian played football for CMU and in 1994 was named a First Team AP All-American, becoming the nation's second-leading rusher. He has subsequently been inducted into the CMU Sports Hall of Fame. As a Speaker, Author, Successful Entrepreneur, and Television Personality.
